智能电网中常用测距技术的分析研究

摘    要:文章对智能电网中常用的三种故障测距技术的基本原理及优缺点进行了分析和比较,研究表明:工频测距技术原理简单,对测距装置的硬件要求不高,但受过渡电阻等因素的影响较大,测距精度不高;单端行波测距技术原理简单,理论测距精度较高,但故障点反射波难以识别,影响测距精度,且测距装置的硬件要求较高;基于GPS精确时间信息的双端行波测距技术,测距原理简单、完备,测距结果精度高,但对测距装置的硬件要求较高。随着安徽智能电网建设的逐步深入,双端行波测距技术的硬件条件已经具备,所以建议广泛采用双端行波测距技术,以提高输电线路故障测距的精度,为安徽电网的安全运行提供重要技术支撑。

Common Ranging Technology in Smart Grid
Abstract:The paper analyzes and compares the basic principle , advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of common fault ranging technology in smart grid .Research shows that:the principle of power fre-quency ranging technology is simple , the hardware requirement of ranging unit is not high , but it is strongly influenced by the factors such as transition resistance and so on , and its ranging accuracy is not high;The principle of single end traveling wave ranging technology is simple , the theory ranging accuracy is higher , but it is difficult to identify the reflected wave of failure point , to influence the ranging accura-cy, and the hardware requirement of ranging unit is higher; The principle of double end traveling wave ranging technology based on GPS precise time information is simple and complete , the accuracy of ran-ging result is high , but the hardware requirement of ranging unit is higher .With the gradual deepening of smart grid construction in Anhui , the hardware conditions of double end traveling wave ranging technology have possessed already , so the double end traveling wave ranging technology is suggested to adopt widely , in order to improve the accuracy of fault ranging of transmission lines , to provide important technical support for the safe operation of Anhui power grid .
