| 摘 要： | 介绍了网络电话的技术发展,包括语音处理技术、网络电话信令协议以及网络电话传输中涉及到的网络协议.其后分别介绍了基于两种信令协议的网络电话系统构成以及系统所能实现的主要功能.最后介绍了利用网络电话技术在电力专用的实际应用案例,并分析了在此基础上对应用范围的进一步扩充,最终实现语音、数据双网合一,利用数据网络实现电话系统运营的可行性.

| Abstract: | Introduces the development of the IP phone,including speech handling technology,IP phone protocol and IP phone signaling and transfer network protocol.Secondly,the article introduces the structure of the two kinds of the signaling protocol in IP phone and main functions they can reach. At last,it talks about some application examples by IP phone in electric power,and analyzes the expansion based on it and comes to integrate the speech network with data network,realizes the telephone system exercise by data network. |
