Higher Professional Library and Campus Culture

Library is the center of campus culture and an important base of campus culture spreading. Also, it is an academic institution serving teaching and research, so a higher standard and level library should be set up to take advantage of its information and environment resource. Meanwhile, the readjustment of librarians and the development of culture education of library are expected to be done which can not only accelerate the development oh higher professional college's campus culture but also improve teachers and students' performance, so that, high quality cultural people can be trained to fit the need of society.
