NAM流程体系在汽车造型设计中的应用

汽车造型设计是一项重要、复杂且繁重的工作。本文首先简要叙述了安徽江淮汽车公司自主研发的NAM(Now And Me)流程体系的基本概念和结构。接着,基于NAM流程体系的指导思想,将汽车造型设计细分为四个阶段、7个关键节点。最后,以江淮汽车为例,详细阐述了汽车造型设计完整过程中的步骤、关键节点和注意事项等。以此说明NAM流程体系是一种从概念到产品的研发流程管理技术,具有普适性和推广性,可延伸到其他行业用于指导多种工业设计过程。

Application of NAM flow system to automobile modeling design

Design of automobile modeling is a very important, complex and heavy work. In this paper, the basic conception and framework of NAM (Now And Me) lfow system, which belongs to the unique inherited enterprise culture of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. (JAC), has been briefly described firstly. And then, Based on guidance idea of the NAM lfow system, the whole process of automobile modeling design is divided into four stages and seven key joints. Finally with an example of JAC’s car, all of the design of automobile modeling is elaborated, including the procedure, key node, announcements and so on. In summary, NAM flow system can be safe and efifcient for modeling design of automobile. NAM lfow system is a technique about management of research and development process from concept to product. It has the characteristic of universality and extension and can be applied to other industrial design process.
