老街区改造更新策略研究——以合肥市曙光路“中隐于市”创意文化改造项目为例

在城市高速发展的进程中,不乏出现拖累城市发展步伐的老街区,他们不具备历史街区的研究和保护价值,但作为城市更新发展的重要部分,街区的改造更新面临着路径的选择问题。本文以合肥"中隐于市"项目改造为例,通过分析其策划定位、改造的手段,总结老街区治理的路径与方法,为以后的老街区改造实施提供指导与借鉴。

Study on Treatment of Old Neighborhoods:The Re-creation of "Implicit in the city" Project In Hefei Shuguang Road

In the process of rapid development in the city, a few old blocks dragged down the pace of urban development zone, they do not have the research and protection of the value of the historic district, but as an important part of urban renewal development, they are faced with the choice of the renovation of questions about the path. In this paper, we report Hefei "implicit" in the city as an example of the transformation project to summarize method of the old streets area on governance by analyzing of its planned location. According those results, we proposed the ideal way to means and methods of transformation for providing guidance and reference for other old neighborhoods.
