稀土超磁致伸缩材料电磁参数的实验研究

摘    要:利用自制的稀土超磁致伸缩参数实验装置对采用独特工业化工艺技术生产的TbDyFe三元稀土合金超磁致伸缩棒的磁致伸缩系数和机电耦合系数等电磁参数进行了实验测定讨论了磁电耦合作用对磁致伸缩系数和机电耦合系数的影响,所得结果为超磁致伸缩材料应用器件提供了重要设计依据。

Abstract:Applying self-made experimental device to test rare earth supermagnetostriction parameters through adopting an unique chemical technique to have produced a ternary rare earth alloy of Tb-DyFe, the supermagnetostriction factors of the magnetostriction bar known as rare earth alloy mentioned above, thus an electromechanical couplying factors and electromagnetic parameters are both put into an experiment and test.Furthermore, the paper discusses how the magnetoelectric couplying affects the magnetostriction factors and the electromechanical cauplying factors. This resulted in rendering important grounds for designing supermagnetostriction material to be used in electric devices or elements.
