水玻璃砂转移涂料

摘    要:研究了适用于CO2水玻璃砂芯的自硬转移涂料,提出了以磷酸盐做粘结剂,MgO作固化剂的自硬转移涂料的最佳配方,并对其转移性进行了分析,测试了其渗透性、密度、悬浮性、透气性、表面强度等主要性能指标,结果表明:所研制的自硬转移涂料具有生产应用和推广价值,并将产生一定的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper,a study has been done on the self hardening transfer coating suitable for and cores of CO\-2 sodium silicate. The optimum composition of the coating is presented, with the cement being phosphate and the solidifying agent being manganese oxide; the behavior of the coating is analysed, with the permeability, density, suspensibility, venting quality and surface strength being measured. The experiment result shows that the newly developed coating is of both practical and economic values.
