| 摘 要： | 白光LED作为新一代光源在移动电话、便携式电子设备背光源中得到广泛应用,其驱动电路的研究受到广泛关注。分析了电容开关型(电荷泵)、电感开关型LED驱动芯片的工作原理及特点,设计了适合背光源应用的LED驱动电路。

| Abstract: | White-light LED as a new-generation photosource was widely used in mobile phones and portable electronic equipment.The drive circuit for the power source and its research had received extensive attention.Working principle of driver IC based on the switched capacitor and switch-type inductive were analyzed.LED drive circuits adaptive to backlight were designed. |
