| 摘 要： | 针对传统分形编码时间过长的缺点,提出了一种高效而快速的基于方差和4值BTC编码混合的分形图像编码方法。实验表明该方法具有优良的性能,在编码时间优于方差快速编码方法的前提下,解码图像的质量和压缩率可以好于基本分形图像编码算。

| Abstract: | One shortcoming of standard fractal image compression methods was the excessive cost of time.A fast and efficient fractal image coding method based on variance and four-value BTC method was proposed.Experimental results show that the novel algorithm had superior features and improved the compression ratio,decode quality and needed less coding time than those of the variance based on fractal coding algorithm. |
