FSC赛车车架的强度及刚度计算与分析

摘    要:以辽宁工业大学第一代赛车车架为研究对象,运用CATIA软件建立赛车车架CAD模型,并将其导入有限元软件HyperMesh中,通过几何模型的清理、网格划分和约束与加载生成车架有限元模型,进而对其强度和刚度进行分析,保证赛车车架结构强度和刚度等要求。

Abstract:Taking the first generation of the racer frame of Liaoning University of Technology as the research object, the CAD model of racing car frame was established by using CATIA software, and this model is imported into FE software HyperMesh, then the finite element model of this racer's frame is generated through the geometry cleanup, meshing, constraint and loading. In addition, static strength and stiffness were also analyzed so that the car frame structure could be made to meet with strength and stiffness requirements.
