硼泥综合利用概况与展望

从建筑、冶金、废水处理和有用元素回收利用等几个方面对国内外硼泥的综合利用情况做出综述，提出硼泥可以作为添加材料应用于砂浆、砖瓦、水泥等建筑材料；硼泥可以作为熔剂应用于MnSi合金冶炼，作为烧结球团添加剂以改善烧结矿质量；并且提出，活性硼泥和硼泥复合混凝剂可用于各类污水处理；此外，还分析了硼泥中有用元素的回收利用情况。指出要从根本上解决硼泥污染，应从减少硼泥排放、开发高附加值硼泥新产品和广泛推广现有利用技术几个方面人手。

Comprehensive Utilization of Boron Sludge and its Prospect

The comprehensive utilization of boron mud both at home and abroad is summarized in respects of architecture, metallurgy, disposal of wastewater, recovery and utilization of useful element etc. Firstly, it points out that being additive, boron sludge can be used in architectural material such as mortal, brick, cement and so on. Secondly, it points out that boron sludge can be used in melting MnSi alloy as flures which can improve the sinter quality as additive. Thirdly, it illustrates that the activated boron sludge and the boron sludge compound coagulant can be used in treating a variety of wastewater. Finally, it analyzes the recovery and utilization of useful element in boron sludge. To treat the pollution of boron sludge, the discharged boron sludge must be decreased, developing new boron sludge productions with added value, promoting effective technology utilization.
