| 摘 要： | 为了提高学生的职业技能,中国高校法学院都非常重视实践教学活动的开展和教学方法的改革。教师队伍自身的素质是贯彻教育理念和进行教学方法改革能否取得成功的关键,培养一支双师型法学教师队伍将推动中国法学教育未来的发展。双师型法学教师队伍建设路径有＂走出去＂和＂请进来＂两种模式,应该注意防止各自产生的弊端。
