| Abstract: | With the constant aggravation of the competition for globalization and the constant perfection of the socialist market economy system of our country, the establishment of the Public-served Government has been already very urgent. We should establish the advanced idea which help the establishment of the public-served government, require the government to offer the outstanding public products and public service, and perfect security mechanism of the establishment of the public-served government. |
