Under the new situation of the universities which carry forward the ideological and political education into the student apartment, the cultivation of excellent apartment culture and to play its edu- cational function is of great importance. This thesis aims to give ideological and political educator a sci- entific orientation from the management practice of the ideological and political education in the student apartment, to give ideological and political educator full scope during the management process of the i- deological and political education, to promote the formation of a healthy, civilized, harmonious and ele- gant apartment ideological culture.
