关于中央苏区党群关系建设的思考

中国共产党人在中央苏区时期的局部执政中,十分重视密切联系群众的问题,通过建设民主执政的党内和谐环境、切实解决农民的土地要求、加强廉政建设、以民主政权体现和保障人民群众民主权利、创"第一等的工作"为群众谋利益,为新时期党群关系建设提供了丰富的经验.为此,在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,必须着力建立健全了解社情民意、畅通民情的制度,建立党员服务群众、助民发展的工作制度,建立扶贫帮因制度,建立党群对话、保障群众政治参与的制度,从而构建党联系群众的长效机制.
