两车正面碰撞试验有限元分析

摘    要:运用汽车碰撞理论,根据国家C-NCAP的有关规定以及CMVDR 294关于正面碰撞乘员保护的设计规则,以某型号轿车为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件Hypermesh和LS-DYNA等建立两车正面碰撞有限元模型,对两车正面碰撞进行了仿真分析,并参考有关文献验证其仿真的正确性。通过对整车以及前保险杠、前钣金件、前门框和速度、加速度时间历程曲线的分析,评价整车的安全性。

Abstract:Based on the studies of vehicle collision, the C-NCAP and CMCDR 294, and the Hypermesh and LSDYNA which are the finite element software are applied to build a finite element model of the vehicle and simulate the process of front impact between two cars. Also the impact capability of the vehicle is evaluated by analyzing the deformation of the vehicle, the bumper, front parts and the front passenger doors. The curves of velocity and acceleration are also analyzed to evaluate the impact capability of the vehicle.
