摘    要:反思性教学是外语教师专业发展的必由之路,是将“学会教学”和“学会学习”统一起来的教学。本文从对反思性教学的理解谈起,结合新时期大学英语教学改革的要求,从五方面探讨了反思性教学中的大学英语教师角色。

Abstract:Reflective teaching is an inevitable way to foreign teachers’ professional development, through which "learning how to teach" and "learning how to learn" could be unified. With the definition and meaning of reflective teaching serving as the basis, and taking account of the requirements of College English teaching reform in the new period, this paper tries to discuss College English teachers' role in reflective teaching from five aspects.
