| 摘 要： | 反倾销是现在国际通行的进行贸易保护的合法手段,近年来,随我国家电产品出口量的增加,遭受反倾销投诉的案件也大量增加,家电企业出口形式不容乐观,这务必对我国家电产品出口带来较大影响,文章对此进行了分析,并提出了一些应对措施。

| Abstract: | The and - dumping is the international and current legal means to cany on trade protection. In recent years, as the increase of the electrical home appliances' export quantum of our country, the cases of anti - dumping complains are increasing in a large amount. The export situation of Chinese industries on electrical home appliances allows no optimism, which must bring greater influence on the electrical home appliances' export of our country . The paper analyzes this situation, and puts forward some counter - measures. |
