| 摘 要： | 分析了使用Roberts算子、Sobel算子、Prewitt算子及模板匹配法和快速模糊边缘检测法对大米轮廓进行边缘检测,并通过对大米图像的分割实验,验证了快速模糊边缘检测法最为有效。为大米等级的分类作了前期准备。

| Abstract: | Extracting the contour of rice is an important task in rice grading. Discusses the operators such as Roberts, Sobel, and Prewitt to extract the contour of rice, also, the method of template based matching and fast fuzzy edge detection is analyzed. Experimental results show that the method of fast fuzzy edge detection is the most effective. The work of this paper is a foundation of rice grading. |
