醇类添加剂对碳酸钙形貌及晶型的影响

摘    要:在醇类添加剂下,采用液相直接沉淀法制备不同晶型和形貌的碳酸钙颗粒。用粉末X-ray衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对产物晶型和形貌进行表征。结果表明:在不同的醇类添加剂、浓度及反应温度下会生成不同晶型和形貌的碳酸钙颗粒,有立方体、球形、针状、花状等。乙醇与丙三醇的添加易于生成球霰石;添加剂浓度较低时有利于形成多种形貌碳酸钙晶体;较高的反应温度有助于文石的生成。

Abstract:Calcium carbonate particles with various shapes and crystal fabrics are obtained in the presence of Ethanol, Glycol and Glycerol at room temperature. The products are characterized with scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the effects of various additives, the concentration of additives and temperature on morphology and crystal structure are obvious. Vaterite will be obtained in the presence of Ethanol and Glycerol. Various of CaCO3 morphologies will be formed in the lower of concentration of additives. Aragonite will be favorable at higher temperature.
