烟台某高层住宅项目外墙采用由三维钢丝网架与轻质保温内芯复合而成的水泥聚苯平板即EPC复合保温板.其力学性能和物理保温性能均满足工程需求,尤以保温性能显著并达到A级防火要求.该保温板与混凝土结构一起施工,使保温板与混凝土形成整体.结合工程实例,介绍EPC复合保温板的工艺特点和施工流程.实践表明该复合保温系统的整体性好,具有良好的保温节能和防火性能效果,并能加快施工进度,节约工程成本.

EPC composite thermal insulation board structure integrated construction technology

It is a high-rise residential project that uses the EPC composite insulation board on its outer wall in Yantai. It combines the 3D steel wire frame with the heat insulation inner core of light weight to constitute a concrete polyphenol board. Its mechanical property and heat-insulation performance can fulfil the engineering requirements, especially, its heat-insu- lation performance significantly, and Class-A fireproof requirements; the heat insulation board is constructed with the concrete structure to form the board and the concrete into a whole. Combined with engineering practice, this article introduces the process characteristics of the EPC composite insulation board and the process of construct. The practice shows that this system has good integrity, excellent heat-insulating and fire resistant performance. Mo- reover, it can speed up the construction pace and save construction costs.
