餐饮业环境影响特点及其控制措施

摘    要:近年来,我国经济的蓬勃发展带动了第三产业的繁荣.快速发展的餐饮业为顾客提供了便捷的服务,与此同时,其经营造成的环境影响也日益显著.按饮食服务单位产生的污染物对环境的影响程度,分析了废气、噪声、废水和固体废物对环境的影响,并提出了相应的控制措施.最后,对房地产开发设计部门、饮食服务单位和消费者提出了相关建议.

Abstract:In recent years,the booming economic development of our country has aroused the prosperity of the third industry.As the developing dining industry provides the customers with convenient services,it also results in increasingly serious influence on the environment.According to the influence degrees of the contaminations by the food service units,this paper analyzes the influence by the exhaust gas,yawp,waste water and the solid waste and advances homologous disposal.Finally,the authors put forward relevant suggestions for the devisers,dining industry units and the consumers.
