| 摘 要： | 基于Angus G.Yu（2005）提出的以价值为中心的工程项目评价,首先区分了建设工程、建设项目、建筑产品概念,以及三者各自全寿命周期的内涵.然后在对NPCC与NPOV的计算模型具体分析的基础上,结合建设工程全寿命周期成本、收入、收益价值3个概念,推证分析得出了NPCC与NPOV的本质,以及与建设工程全寿命周期收益价值的关系.

| Abstract: | Based on the value-centered project evaluation proposed by Angus G. Yu（2005）, the conceptions and life cycle connotations of architectural engineering, construction projects, and building products have been distinguished first. In light with the conception of architecture life cycle cost, benefit and profit value, the paper analyzed the calculation model of NPCC and NPOV and revealed their quiddity and the relationship between LCV and them. |
