利用SWOT分析法，围绕迈克尔·波特提出的产业集群“钻石模型”的六个要素，分析鞍山高新区发展先进装备制造产业集群的优势、劣势、机遇和竞争。阐述了鞍山高新技术产业开发区有效整合人才、技术、资本等产业发展要素，从产业政策、政府服务职能、专业产业园区、技术和制度创新以及招商引资等方面，加速发展先进装备制造产业集群的具体措施。

Study on manufacturing industry cluster of advanced equipment in Anshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone

By utilizing SWOT analysis and centering around the 6 elements in Michael E Porter＇s ＂Diamond model＂ which focuses on the industrial clusters, the strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat of developing manufacturing industry cluster of adavanced equipment in Anshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone were analyzed. The industry development elements of effectively integrating talents, technology and capital in Anshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone were elaborated. The specific measures of accelerately developing indstry cluster of advanced equipment are proposed from some aspects of industrial policy, government service function, industrial park specialization as well as innovation of technology and institution.
