| 摘 要： | 根据金融学专业的特点，对金融法案例教学内容与教学模式进行了改革。在课程教学内容上全程引入案例教学；在教学模式上，采用”双主”教学模式与探究性学习教学模式并用的改革方案，并对金融法案例教学组织、设计及教学过程实施要求提出建议。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of finance specialty, the reform is carried out tor me case-teaching content and teaching mode of financial law. The case-teaching is applied to the teaching content of the course; In the teaching mode, the reform scheme with the combination between ＂dual-master＂ teaching mode and the teaching mode of inquiry learning is adopted, and the suggestions are proposed for the case- teaching organization and design of financial law, and the implementation requirement of teaching process. |
