我国未成年人医疗保障体系现状分析及对策研究

我国未成年人目前处于国家医疗保障体系之外。自改革以来，由于国家没有明文政策规定关于未成年人医疗保险的事宜．加之商业保险及民间儿童医疗互助的局限性，许多家庭即使倾家荡产也无法挽回患大病儿童的生命。针对此严峻的现实，建议采取一系列措施建立健全未成年人医疗保障体系。

Status Quo and Countermeasures in Minors Medical Security System in China

At present,the minors are not included in the national medical security system in China.Since the reform,be-cause of no written policy to proclaim the minors' medical insurance,coupled with the limit of commercial insurance and civil children mutual-care,many families have failed to save the lives of children suffering from serious illness with all they have.In response to the grim reality,some measures are recommended to establish and perfect the minors' medical security system.
