中国企业竞争策略刍议

摘    要:企业要参与市场竞争和赢得竞争优势,关键因素之一就在于制定科学合理的竞争策略,并将竞争策略全面贯彻到企业的各个环节和行动中去。改革开放20多年来,中国企业逐步从计划经济走向市场经济,市场竞争异常激烈,企业的竞争策略多种多样,极大地推动了市场经济的发展进程。同时,由于竞争策略的失误以及不正当竞争行为的涌现,严重干扰了市场经济秩序,许多企业自身也面临困境。寻求对策,积极应对不断变化的国际环境的新挑战。无疑具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract:For enterprises, the key to win in market competition is to formulate scientific and rational competition strategy, and put them into all aspects of business and operations. Since reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises experience gradually from a planned economy to a market economy. Fierce market competition and various competitive strategies greatly promote the development of the market economy. Meanwhile, misuse of competitive strategy and unfair competition cause disorder of the market economy and difficulties that enterprises are facing. It is of great realistic significance to seek measures and answer the new challenges brought by the ever- changing international environment.
