Improvement on the Performance Management in Subdistrict Offices

The subdistrict office,as an agency of the regional government,lies at the front line in the administration and construction of the city.Its administrative efficiency is closely related to the well-being of urban residents.At present,many problems exist in the performance management in those offices.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a simple,work-able and scientific performance management method in the subdistrict office,thus to promote the work efficiency and bring the office to a better play.
