高炉循环冷却工业水的水质改进研究

摘    要:论述了高炉循环冷却工业水的特点及水质改进的重要性,在对国内钢铁企业水质调查的基础上,提出了使用工业水的注意问题及措施,选用了以有机膦酸,聚羧酸为主的复配的阻垢和缓蚀剂,对鞍钢,首钢和石钢 的工业水进行了阻垢和缓蚀实验研究,取得了阻垢率和缓蚀率均大于90%的结果。

Abstract:The importance of improving blast furnace circulating cooling water quality was discussed.Based on the survey of water quality of domestic steel enterprise,the built scale and corrosion inhibitors composed of phosphonic acid and the polycarboxylic acid were brought forward in the experiment.The performance tests of Anshan Steel Co.,Shoudu Steel Co.and Shijiazhuang Steel Co.ltd.show that the efficiencies of scale and corrosion inhibition are more than 90 percent.
