| 摘 要： | 通过对目前结构设计可靠性的研究和已有建筑物可靠性衰减的研究，探讨了在结构设计中如何事前控制各类构件在不同使用条件和环境下的可靠性衰减的以期使同一等级的结构有相届的耐久性；提出了在设计中考虑使用条件和使用环境对结构可靠性衰减影响的一种新的设计思想。
