摘    要:在不同的配比下,采用相分离的技术,将柔性ITO导电薄膜、单组份紫外光学固化胶NOA65、联苯氰胺向列液晶混合物E7,制备成PDLC光开关的过程和方法进行了阐述,给出电光特性的测试结果和分析,得到最佳配比的阈值电压为12.6 V,透过率为87.6%,对比度为71.8.

Abstract:At the different compounding ratio,the process and method to produce PDLC optical switch were introduced that uses ITO electric membrane,ultraviolet optical solidified glue(NOA65) and bipheny cyanamid liquid crystal admixture E7 while taking the technique of phase separation.The test results and analysis about the electro-optic specifications were obtained.The threshold voltage for the best compounding ratio is(12.6) V;the transmittance is 87.6,and the contrast is 71.8.
