摘    要:通过高梯度磁处理工业冷却水的模拟实验,研究了高梯度磁场对包钢炼铁厂循环冷却水作用的影响因素,得到了pH值随磁场强度的增加而减小,随磁化流速的增加而增加的变化规律及其机理.pH值的降低对循环冷却水系统的防垢和防腐有着重要的作用,对其研究为进一步深入探讨磁场在工业水处理技术中的应用提供了基础.

Abstract:A simulated experiment was introduced about the application of high-gradient magnetic treatment technology to industrial cooling-water.The circulating cooling water of ironmaking plants in Baotou Iron & steel (group) Co.treated by a magnetic field in laboratory was studied and the regulation and main factors were obtained,which shows that the pH value increase with the increase in magnetization velocity while decreases with the increase in magnetic field intensity.Descrease in the pH value is important to anti-scale and antisepsis in circulating cooling water system and it provides the basic information for studying the magnetic treatment field of industrial water.
