| 摘 要： | 以跨结晶器电磁搅拌大方坯的试验数据为依据,分析了采用和不采用电磁搅拌对铸坯偏析以及铸坯低倍组织的影响,并与其它搅拌形式进行了对比分析,实践证明,跨结晶器电磁搅拌这种特殊形式对改善铸坯的中心偏析,扩大等轴晶比例效果显著.

| Abstract: | According to the experimental investigation data of blooms by means of electromagnetic stirring across-mold,the effects are analyzed on segregation and macro structure by using and not using electromagnetic stirring.Contrasting and comparing have been done with other stirring modes.It has been confirmed by practice confirmed that the effect is remarkable to improve central segregation and increase equiaxed crystal ration by electromagnetic stirring across-mold mode. |
