中国各地区金融排除的影响因素分析

在构建我国各地区金融排除相对指数的基础上，运用面板数据模型对中国各地区金融排除的影响因素进行实证研究。结果显示，各地区的人均收入、就业水平、交通条件、执法效率、社会资本等对金融排除有显著负作用；而立法程度却未发挥显著作用。因此，在既有金融改革背景下，除了继续完善法律制度、强化商业银行的“社会责任”之外，更重要的是要增加地区人均收入、提高执法效率、营造良好的社会资本环境，从而降低金融排除程度，促进各地区的协调发展。

Influential Factors of Financial Exclusion in China： Theory and Empirical Study

With the construction of Chinese regional relative financial exclusion index, this paper ana- lyzes the influential factors to financial exclusion by panel data method. The results show that income per capita, employment level, efficiency of enforcing law and social capital of the region have significant effect on financial exclusion, while law development does not have this effect. So we should not only continue to perfect the law institution and strengthen the social responsibility of commercial bank, but also increase in- come per capita, enhance efficiency of enforcing law and build good environment of social capita of the re- gion, which is more important to reduce the level of financial exclusion and advance the cooperative devel- opment of regions.
