经胶原蛋白处理的氧化棉性状比较

摘    要:采用高碘酸钠对棉纤维进行选择性氧化制得氧化棉纤维,对比研究了胶原蛋白溶液处理对普通棉纤维和氧化棉纤维结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,普通棉纤维经胶原蛋白溶液处理后产生失重;而氧化棉纤维经胶原蛋白溶液处理后增重,纤维表面变得光滑,纤维与胶原蛋白产生共价结合,热稳定性提高,力学性能略有降低。

Abstract:The oxidised cotton fibers are obtained by NaIO4 to selectively oxidize the cotton fibers.The paper contrastively studies the influence of the collagen solution on the structural and mechanical properties of the cotton fibers and oxidised cotton fibers.The result shows that the weight of the cotton fibers decreases after the treatment by the collagen solution,and the weight of the oxidised cotton fibers increases after the treatment,the surface of the oxidised fibers becomes smooth.However,after the covalent union of fibers and collagen,the thermal stability of the oxidised cotton fibers improves,and its mechanical properties decrease a little.
