锰铁合金高炉废渣易磨性的试验研究

摘    要:对锰铁合金生产过程中产生的锰渣和烟道灰进行了粉磨性能试验。结果表明,锰渣易磨性优于烟道灰;通过添加助磨剂,可以提高粉磨效率。粉磨后,锰渣细度可达到水泥细度要求,而烟道灰经选择性分离后,也可达到水泥细度要求。

Abstract:Grindability experiments for the manganese slag and the off gas ash from ferroman-ganese alloy factory were carried out. The results show that the grinding property of the manganese is better than that of the off gas ash and with the use of grinding aid, the grinding efficiency can increase. The fineness of the manganese slag and the off gas ash can meet the requirements of the cement fineness, but the latter needs separating the non-active grain.
