摘    要:为了实现对多次冲击碰撞次数的计数,采用PLC对电磁换向阀的控制来实现计数.利用PLC具有柔性扩张能力,用I/O卡直接连接到soft PLC计算机总线上,从而使软硬件两方面可以达到人工控机和PLC性能的结合,方便性能扩展和人机交流.

Abstract:In order to count the number of impacting of the collision,we adopt PLC to control the electromagnetic valve to achieve counting.According to the flexible expansion capability of PLC,we use I/O card to directly connect in the bus of soft PLC computer,which can make the software and hardware up to combine the controlling of human-machine and the performance of the PLC.It can conveniently expanse the facility and communicate between human and machine.
