摘    要:以模拟电镀废水为研究对象,利用响应曲面法对合成的新型吸附剂(改性玉米秸秆纤维素,MCCS)去除水中六价铬的条件进行优化.在前期单因素实验基础上,筛选出影响废水中六价铬去除率的主要因素;再根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理对筛选的主要因素进行优化,建立MCCS去除电镀废水六价铬的二次多项式回归模型.研究结果表明:该模型合理可靠,修正后去除六价铬的最优条件为:六价铬初始浓度200mg/L、反应温度33℃、pH值5左右.在此条件下,测得MCCS对水中六价铬的平均去除率为95.90%,与模型理论预测值96.10%基本吻合.响应曲面法可以用于MCCS对于电镀废水中六价铬去除特性的优化.

Abstract:In the article ,simulated electroplating wastewater was used as water samples .The optimal condition for a new type of adsorbent (MCCS) removing hexavalent chromium in wastewater was investigated by using response surface method(RSM ) .On the basis of previous single factor experiment ,the main factors influencing the removal rate of hexavalent chromium in wastewater were investigated;then the principle of Box-Behnken central com-posite design was used to optimize the critical factors ,and the regression equation was also established .The results showed:the regression equation is reliable to analyze and predict the reaction process .The revised optimal conditions for hexavalent chromium removal are as follows :initial concentration of 200 mg/L ,reaction temperature of 33 ℃ ,and pH of 5 .The average removal rate of hexavalent chromium on MCCS is 95 .90% ,close to the predictive value of 96 .10% .RSM can be used for optimizing characteristics of hexavalent chromium removal on MCCS .
