摘    要:由电弧引起的材料转移、熔焊是铜基覆银触头电侵蚀的主要表现,造成触头无法正常工作,使继电器失效,进而影响整个电路的运行.作者模拟了继电器触头的实际工作情况,分析了铜基覆银触头在电弧侵蚀中材料转移与熔焊机理.

Abstract:Material transfer and welding caused by the arc are the main performance of erosion of the silver filmed copper electrical contact,so that electrical contact can not work normally,then relay failure,impacting the operation of the entire circuit.In this paper,simulating the relay the actual work is the purpose of analysis of material transfer and welding mechanism of the silver filmed copper electrical contact of under electrical arc.
