基于AHP的省级电力企业评价指标体系研究

为提高电力企业评价与决策的可靠性，有效发挥指标评价的导向作用，推进管理创新和发展水平提升，对省级电力企业的发展情况进行了分析，建立了评价指标体系与层次结构模型，并用层次分析法进行分析计算，得到了指标权重，给出了综合评价方法，以此评价了电力企业的发展情况，探讨了其在实际中的推广应用．
