选择性激光烧结(SLS)成型设备控制系统设计

摘    要:基于PC平台,采用PC+数控功能板的构建方法,设计了以运动控制卡为核心的开放式数控系统1],并阐述了该系统的软件及硬件组成,最后通过编程软件Visual C++6.0开发了该运动控制系统的人机操作界面,对于提高选择性激光烧结控制系统的性能、简化控制系统结构和降低成本具有重要的意义.

Abstract:Based on PC platform,it designed a open movement control system, in which the core is motion control card, by using the construction methord of PC 4-NC function plate. And it also described the software and hardware components of the system. At last it devel- oped the human-machine interface of this system. It is useful for improving the performance, simplifying the structure, reducing the costs of the control system.
