摘    要:针对多电机驱动的带式输送机中出现各电机功率不平衡的问题,提出了一种适用于多电机的基于环形耦合策略的功率平衡控制方案.在采用模糊PID的基础上,对三个电机主从控制和环形耦合控制分别进行了建模,并用Matlab进行仿真.仿真结果表明:采用环形耦合控制策略具有更高的同步精度和更好的动态性能,满足带式输送机功率平衡控制的要求.

Abstract:In order to achieve the power-balance in multi-motor driving belt conveyor system, the ring coupling control strategy is adopted. Modeling for master-slave control and ring coupling control of a three-motor system which based on the fuzzy PID control model were established in the simulation circumstance of Matlab. Simulation results show that the ring coupling control strategy has higer synchronization accuracy and better dynamic performance , the control demand for power balance of multi-motors in belt coneyor is satisfied.
