黄牛软鞋面革在加工过程中组织结构变化的研究

黄牛软鞋面革是目前国内外市场较为热门的皮革产品，以它制作的各类男女皮鞋，由于其柔软，舒适的良好性能而深受消费者的欢迎。为了进一步提高黄牛软鞋面革的内在质量，更科学地进行生产管理。本文以河南南阳黄牛皮为原料，通过扫描电子显微镜的观察．对河南沁阳长城皮革公司与河南省皮革塑科研究所等单位共同攻关研制的黄牛软面革，在加工过程中组织结构的变化，以及在各个工序皮革纤维编织的特点，粒面性状等进行了系统的研究，分析了该生产工艺的合理性和可行性，为科学，合理的制定工艺方案和进行生产控制提供了理论依据。

STUDY ON CHANGE OF HISTOLOGICAL STRUCTURE IN PROCESSING CATTLE HIDE INTO SOFT SHOE UPPER LEATHER

The soft cattle hide upper leather is prevalent product both in national and international markets because of its soft property and property easing people. To improve the quality of soft cattle hide upper leather. we studied the change of histologital structure of process with SEM. The processing cattle hide into soft upper leather was finished by Qin Yang Great Wall Leather Company He Nan Prouince and He Nan Leather Institute.The study included structure of cattle hide in Nan Yang area, the change of structure in main steps of processing with different technology. The observation covered appearance of grain and characteristics of collagen fibre weaving,etc.This study supplied theoretic bases for choosing the best technology and managing pro duction scientincally.
