咪唑啉季铵盐表面活性剂的制备及其缓蚀性能的研究

摘    要:进行了几种新型咪唑啉季铵盐的制备及其缓蚀性能的测定,通过实验发现季铵化咪唑啉阳离子表面活性剂的结构对其缓蚀性能有较大的影响,此外分析了咪唑啉季铵盐分子中疏水基碳链结构对其缓蚀性能的影响,对开发该类阳离子表面活性剂有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:A series of positive ion imidozaline surfactants was prepared in this paper. The inhibition rates in pickling solution were tested. The reactions of the stearic acid, oleic acid, lauric acid, benzoic acid and diethylenetriamine can form 2 alkyl 1 amidoethyl imidazoline. And the imidazoline was reacted with benzyl chloride or dimethyl sulfate to form quaternary ammonium salts. The results showed that imidozalinium quaternary ammonium salts can protect the metals from corrosion, temperature, acidity and concentration can affect the inhibition of it. By comparing their structures and the experiment results, it also told that their difference of the structures was the reasons of their properties difference?
