麦草碱黑液降粘技术的研究

摘    要:针对麦草碱黑液蒸发难的问题,采用添加降粘剂的方法改善其蒸发性能.结果表明:石蜡乳液和煤油乳液能有效地降低麦草碱黑液蒸发过程的粘度,其中后者降粘率最高达75%,同时黑液的结垢性、起泡性也有较大的改善.

Abstract:The effects of solving problems ecounted in wheat straw black liquor evaporation by adding chemicals were studied. The viscosities of different concentrations were measured and phenomenon during evaporation were abserved. The experiment results shows that the viscosity of black liquor could decrease more than 50 percent and evaporation process became obviously easier when kerosene or wax emulsion was added. but either of them seemed out of use for black liquor from synchronous desilication pulp.
