ZnO/TiO2复合粒子的抗菌性能研究

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了ZnO/TiO2复合粒子,通过XRD、SEM对所制备粉体颗粒的物相组成以及表面形貌进行表征,通过K-B纸片扩散法研究了紫外光照后ZnO/TiO2复合粒子的抗菌性能.结果表明,所制备的ZnO/TiO2复合粒子对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌(Esche-richia coli)和绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)均具有良好的抑菌效果.并对ZnO/TiO2复合粒子的抑菌机理做了初步探讨,ZnO/TiO2复合粒子在紫外光照射下产生活性自由基(主要为.OH),具有强氧化性,产生优良的抗菌性能.

Abstract:ZnO/TiO2 composite particles were fabricated through sol-gel method. The phase, crystallographic structure and surface topography of the ZnO/TiO2 composite particles were charactered by XRD and SEM. The antibacterial activities of the ZnO/TiO2 composite particles after ultraviolet irradiation were performed by the K-B disk diffusion method. The resuits show that the ZnO/TiO2 composite particles display great antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Pseudornonas aeruginosa. The mechanism of antibacterial activity of ZnO/TiO2 composite particles is discussed. The active oxidative species (mainly ·OH), which were produced on the surfaces of ZnO/TiO2 composite particles after ultraviolet irradiation, lead to the great antibacterial activity.
