非规则二级结构中氨基酸相互作用的研究

摘    要:通过引入信息论方法定义了氨基酸之间的倾向性影响因子,对非规则二级结构中氨基酸之间的相互作用进行了初步研究,得到了规则二级结构片段长度分布图,并按照作用强弱的程度将20种氨基酸划分为5类,对每类中氨基酸的作用规律进行了描述.研究表明,氨基酸对其它氨基酸的影响作用与自身倾向性相关.

Abstract:An infection factor was defined to describe the interaction based on Chou-Fansman method and ofrmulas of informaticas.With this infection factor,a study on interaction among amino acids in irregular secondary structure also has been done.The sequence length figure of irregular secondary structure has been given and 20 kinds of amino acids has been classifiec to 5 classes according to the degree of infection.The interaction in this 5 classes amino acids also has been described.
