水性油墨粒子沉积及其抑制作用的研究

摘    要:通过采用模拟体系对水性油墨粒子沉积的抑制作用进行了研究.结果表明,模拟体系中加入无机钙离子和铝离子均可有效抑制油墨粒子的沉积,而无机钙离子效果更佳.无机钙离子对于实际水性油墨废纸最优的浮选脱墨条件为:CaCl2用量2%,碎浆温度50℃,碎浆时间4 min,碎浆浆浓8%,浮选浆浓1%,浮选时间10 min,浮选温度50℃,活性剂用量0.3%.通过采用扫描电镜对油墨粒子沉积的机理进行了初步研究.

Abstract:The prevention of the water-based ink redeposition problem during repulping was established with a model system consisting of virgin TMP pulp and a commercial water-based ink. The results showed that the brightness of deinked pulp increased significantly with the addition of calcium ions and aluminium ions,and calcium ions had a much greater effect than aluminium ions. The optimum deinking conditions of real newspaper printed with waterbased inks in addition of calcium ions was shown as calcium charge 2 %, pulping temperature 50 ℃ ,pulping time 4 min, pulping consistency 8%, flotation consistency 1%, flotation time 10 min, flotation temperature 50 ℃, surfactant charge 0. 3%. The redeposition mechanism was briefly studied with scanning electron microscope (SEM).
