| 摘 要： | 对造纸法烟草薄片的原料及制造工艺进行了研究，结果表明：以烟叶复烤及卷烟生产过程中产生的烟梗、碎烟片及烟末等“废弃物”为主要原料，配以少量的“骨架”纤维原料，经抽提、磨解、成型及回填等工序处理，可以制得各项技术性能指标达到预期目标的合格烟草薄片。试制的烟草薄片经切丝、配料及卷制后卷烟的总粒相物和焦油含量较纸，优于辊压法薄片。

| Abstract: | Scientific reseaches concerning papermaking tobacco leaf(P.T.L) have been carried out for many years,the main manufacture techniques of P.T.L on laboratory scale are discussed in this paper.Using tobacco residues(e.g. tobacco leaf stalks,broken leafes) and some bridge fibers as main raw materials,with a series of processes related to extracting,refining,forming,extratives coating et al,the main properties of the P.T.L reached target index. |
