| 摘 要： | 本文用自行研制的锑复合电极直接测定水果、蔬菜、皮革等表面的pH值,并详细地研究了电极的性能、测试条件、干扰物的影响以及在高分子溶液中与玻璃电极的差异。方法简便、快速、具有应用推广价值。

| Abstract: | A new Sb-combination electrode has been prepared,it has been applied to determine pirectly PH value in fruit and vegetable juice and surface of leather.The paper has studied detaily property of the electrode,determining condition and effect of other substance.Sources of error are described.This method is easy and quick for application. |
